About core stabilization and why it's important to treating and preventing back pain.
Whether it’s the onset of a new condition or chronic pain that’s been going on for weeks or months, the caring team at Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC serving the Charleston community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, is dedicated to improving their patients’ quality of life.
Board-certified physiatrist Daniel Nemeth, MD, and his team devise comprehensive physical medicine treatment programs to help patients ages 13 and up eliminate pain and get their lives back on track, utilizing a diagnostic approach to find the
root of the problem.
With thorough evaluations, spine-specific physical therapy, and targeted interventional procedures when necessary, the team at Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC aims to reduce the use of surgery, prescription opioids, and frequent procedures as much as possible. This is the new victory in spine care.
The team offers a wide range of interventional procedures for pain management, including joint injections, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation. They also perform bracing for relief from painful compression fractures due to osteoporosis.
